A mechanism with assumptions
A concept may have sound physical reasoning while still requiring hardware development, system integration and flight evidence. We identify the constraints rather than treating an illustration as a capability.
We explain orbital interventions through feasibility, consequences and authority. Hardware matters, but it is not the whole decision.
Pavilionsortwalnt.pro is an informative publication for policy readers, engineering students and informed space enthusiasts. We are not a debris removal operator, regulator or live tracking service.
Our subject is the gap between a plausible mechanism and a responsible mission. We ask what a target permits, what evidence supports a method and what obligations follow intervention.
Mention of a mission, organisation or standard does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

A laboratory test can establish important behaviour. It does not recreate every feature of orbital lighting, target motion, thermal conditions, navigation or mission duration.
We distinguish inspection, rendezvous, capture, stabilisation and disposal. A demonstration proves the sequence actually performed under its stated conditions, not every future use of the hardware.
Claims of service capability need support for the relevant end-to-end task. We do not infer repeatability, commercial availability or universal compatibility from one milestone.
We favour primary mission reports, agency publications, treaty texts and standards information. Sources linked in the assessment pages provide context and routes to more detailed evidence.
Mission programmes evolve. The site is not a real-time status feed, and a planned mission is not presented as completed simply because a future date has been announced. We avoid numerical precision where the underlying assumptions would make it misleading.
If a statement is inaccurate, send the page address, the disputed wording and a primary source that supports a correction. Please distinguish a changed programme plan from an error in describing an earlier demonstration.
Do not send sensitive telemetry, proprietary drawings, export-controlled information or operational credentials. A public explanation rarely requires those materials.
